This may not be a blog post for everyone reading it, but I'm sure you know someone who could do with this information so hold out a little and journey with me. It is never easy to find a work environment that you can call home. For most working moms, who work from home can find it hard to mentally separate home from work and work from home. Yet even still, when looking for a place to work, or a space to conduct business- especially if its on a daily basis. We can sometimes have a tendency to look for somewhere that doesn't feel completely foreign but has some functionality that reminds us of a feeling of home-without actually being home.

I've been lucky enough to come across three females that are advocates for creating the type of work-home feel that you might be looking for. If you are a holistic entrepreneur in need of a space to work effectively, efficiently and effortlessly, Mollymae, Ashley and Kaysee have created a space that most moms and holistic practitioners dream of!
how did the alchemy nurturing center come about and who specifically does it cater to?
With a vision to create a center that nurtures its employees and community. The Alchemy Nurturing Center was built to create a space that would put in as much as it gets out. Creating a space for holistic practitioners, Mollymae, Ashley and Kaysee are leasing conjoining office spaces for practitioners to feel united in their practice, no matter how their practices vary. From workshops to local classes, each room will serve a differing purpose with one goal in mind, joining holistic practitioners to bring healing and unity within multiple communiity.

What are the costs of the office spaces & What makes these office spaces different from others?
The Alchemy Nurturing Center is not just built with holistic practitioners in mind. it is designed and created for holistic practitioners. In renting this space, being in the field of holistic work, you can rest assure that your business was built to thrive in this space. Not only will you be surrounded by like-minded holistic enterpenuers but there is also opportunities for collaboration. But let's get to the good stuff. How much does the office space cost. Well with your practice in mind, these office spaces don't break the bank. Here's how it works: 6 month contracts include a $50 nonrefundable deposit along with first months rent. The monthly cost is $275 monthly on a 3 days/wk basis- cheap as hell, I know, your welcome!

Are there any additional incentives to having an office space at The Alchemy Nurturing Center?
Renters have the opportunity to get discount on big space rentals within the office. As well free hot yoga, free business building session with Mollymae, free membership workshops and 10% discount on all other workshops. Not only this but your practice will get the chance to be featured on the office space website, as well as through Instagram (with the potential of the occasional live video feature). With these incentives it is well worth the cost of the space.

Can I occasionally rent a space?
Of course! The cost for occasional renters is $80 for a 10hr day. This will also includes the features that will be in the room, that your practice may require such as massage tables. However, please note that if you are a massage therapist, you will be required to carry your own clean linen.

This may be a reach but is childcare offered?
Not a reach, your girls got you! Childcare is included in the cost but spaces are limited, so again, make sure you act fast if you want a space at the Alchemy Nurturing Center but even faster if you're in need of childcare. Side note, I'm one of the women considering to grab a space at the ANC because who wouldn't love a work space that also had childcare?

You mentioned "big space rentals", what is the cost for a bigger room rental for occassional renting?
$20 for 1hr. $50 for 3hrs. $65 for 5hrs. This includes set up and take down, with 30 mins additional wiggle room for 1 and 3 hrs bookings. For five hour bookings the wiggle room is not included! If you are wanting a consistent time frame for a few months at a time, both Mollymae & Ashley are willing to tailor a structure to your needs.
