Is IV Hydration Worth It? My Experience With Prime IV Hydration in Knoxville

Pregnancy has made me much more intentional about what it means to truly support my body—not just keep pushing through a full schedule.

That curiosity led me to Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Knoxville, where the biggest takeaway for me wasn’t simply the IV itself. It was the opportunity to slow down, prioritize hydration and intentionally replenish.

As Editor-in-Chief of The House of Bee, this won’t be my last visit.

Pregnancy Reminder

Throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, I plan to return and explore Prime IV more intentionally as a pregnancy-wellness space—looking at how hydration, rest and supportive wellness practices can help me feel my best while my body is doing so much.

Of course, pregnancy changes the wellness conversation. Any elective IV therapy during pregnancy should be discussed with your prenatal healthcare provider, including the exact ingredients being administered.

For me, this season isn’t about chasing every wellness trend.

It’s about finding thoughtful ways to stay hydrated, supported and well—before my body reaches the point of feeling depleted.

And Prime IV is one Knoxville wellness space I’ll be continuing to explore.

For now, my experience with Prime IV and B6 left me with

Noticeable overall relief from nausea

A general sense of feeling better and more replenished

A welcome boost to my overall wellbeing during pregnancy

"It was a simple experience, but one that made me curious to return and continue exploring Prime IV as part of my pregnancy wellness routine."
