Otherwise known as Steph Blue.
I am a first time momma and advocate of all things feminine energy and the female reproduction.
I have done my fair share of research while being pregnant and have truly fallen in love with my body and its capability to transform and carry life.
Before getting pregnant my social content was focused on all things lifestyle, but after getting pregnant I wanted to really nichè down and focus on what became my passion, pregnancy and fertility.
There is more to extending your family and growing your legacy than just sex. For some women it can take years to get pregnant, for others it can be hard to deal with balancing life after pregnancy. I wanted to create a space for both of those women and all the women who fall in between.
After 3 years of unprotected sex with my husband, we weren’t trying to get pregnant but started to realize that I wasn’t getting pregnant.
Between yoni steams and other natural remedies I realized that the journey to being a mother isn’t easy but it is worth it and it’s nothing short of a miraculous journey.
I created this blog as a space for moms who are in full-time work, trying to manifest their journey into motherhood, or trying to figure out how to balance life after conception. Working full-time and balancing anything isn’t easy, but with the help of a tribe that is consistently cheering for you, and feeding you knowledge, the impossible begins to feel just a little more possible.
What inspired you to start this blog?
When I fell pregnant I was petrified. Me and my husband were in a strange space of trying but not trying to get pregnant and some how when I found out that I was my first thought was “holy crap, I know nothing about baby’s let alone being a mom, and how can I learn about either while balancing a full-time job?”
After doing a bunch of research and reading dozen of books, I didn’t want other women to have to do as much studying as I did.
I wanted to create a space that could be one-stop-shop for full-time working women who were pregnant or new moms, that needed advice and knowledge on pregnancy, but doesn’t have the luxury of figuring out everything alone.
What's your favorite hobby?
I don’t think I can pin point one fave but if I had to I would say… anything that includes being outside on a boat!
What has been your craving throughout your pregnancy?
Everything British, which breaks my heart because I live in the states lol. So everything I’ve craved is over 4,000 miles away. But to answer the question, sausage & chips covered in salt and vinegar!
What is your favorite place in the world?
I love a good sunshine destination! My favorite place so far is Aruba but the more I explore, the more I will give you the tea on the best places. Especially for families!
Is your blog just for working mommy's?
It took me a while to connect with the changes that my body was going through. From the fear of not being perceived as beautiful, to the pain of labor. My brain was on overdrive I had no idea how I was going to be a mother and a career woman, and how I was going to balance my life while growing another. But the moment I became at peace with the changes that were on the horizon, was the moment I really stepped into the divine energy of being a strong Woman!
“A new baby is like the beginning of all things – wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities”.
Another passion I have outside of blogging is VoiceOvers. I absolutely love having the opportunity to create stories, jiggles and commercials audibly to make the perfect mental picture for my listeners.
I’ve worked with multiple clients as well as local radio stations to tell stories and enjoy the beauty of audible story telling.
My overall passion is story telling, and I love using my creative juices to find different ways to bring stories to life.
From TV work to YouTube collaborations, I’ve never been one to shy away from a camera, but I can’t lie, there is nothing like the beauty of sitting behind a laptop and typing away when no one can see you, but I digress.
When I first moved to East Tennessee, I wanted to find a way to bring people (especially women) together through creating encouraging stories that motivated every ounce of who they were and the woman that had the desire to become.
Whether it was through talks on fashion, or relationships, I tried my best to cover almost every aspect of what brought out the goddess energy of every woman that would come across my content.
My passion for doing that is what later led to my desire to start a woman’s society with one of my dear friends, to help bring women from different walks of life, together.
The Be’Coming:
The Be’Coming is a passion that was ignited between myself and one of my closest friends, Bri. We wanted to create a tribe that not only helped women grow, but also supported women and allowed them to be fortified by other women who have had similar life experiences.
We used the Myers Briggs personality test to help create content that is specifically designed to push that woman into a new dimension of who she is becoming.
Using solely social media, we promoted our women’s society heavily as a call to action for women who were ready to connect from all walks of life and build a community. The power of Myers Briggs helped me understand so much about my personality that I wasn’t able to get at first. While also helping me understand relationships and friendships that we’re serving my personality and stifling it.
We launched just before the pandemic happened and had an amazing opening night right here in Knoxville Tennessee.
I can’t expressed how honored I am and was that night to meet and be apart of a group of fearless women, ready to step into the woman they were destined to become.
We left that night with:
- More than half of our attendees signed up to join our women's society.
- More than half of our attendees took their Myers Briggs personality test and left with an enquiring mind to learn more about themselves, their relationships and friendships.
- Each vendor left with an enquiring client.
2020 came with multiple set backs. We planned to have an event at least once a month, which meant only one of our events were in person before we went into lock down- minus our launch date.
Nonetheless our Facebook page where we hosted ask our beautiful discussions and content became our sanctuary to keep the women in our society uplifted. We still created content around the results of their Myers Briggs while later launching a book club that focused even more on personal develop and the evolution of women.
2020 forced us to become creative and learn different methods of bringing women together without putting anyones health at risk.
By the end of 2020 we hosted at least 10 events, 8 online and 2 small in person events.
We Hosted All Types of Events Such as :
- Boobie-Tinesday A valentines day special that focused on sexual energy and the power of self and shared love.
- The unconventional bookclub night- we spent the evening on Skype talking all things Myers Briggs and how our book for that month inspired the women we were trying to become.
- Virtual Full Moon Paint Night- We relaxed, sent out a list of must-have products and enjoyed a virtual paint night with a light discussion on self care.
In the midst of a pandemic we were blessed to grow our women society to 75 strong and fearless women across the globe!
With plans to launch our “Be’Coming Me” subscription box in 2021. We aim to work with multiple female businesses to create a monthly box that will have specific items in there that cater to each women’s Myers Briggs results. Working with multiple businesses across the state and country we are so excited to support small businesses and bring our tribe grade A products to enhance their growth!
